This superb ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment is situated in one of the quieter, more sought after areas of the Bellaluz community but is only 100 metres or so from the pretty Bellaluz square and all the amenities it has to offer.

The apartment is at the heart of the La Manga Club and close to all the tennis, golf, cycling, walking, shopping and restaurant facilities, and only a short walk from the Olympic sized swimming pool which has been equipped with heating to extend its use into the cooler months. A private large walled terracotta patio on the ground floor leads from the lounge and is overlooked by the bedroom window. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 people, but if you want a sensibly priced option for a small family, then a bed or cot can be provided (at extra cost) for use in the living area.
